HDPE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. High-density polyethylene is a white powder granular product, non-toxic and odorless, with a density in the range of 0.940~0.976 g/cm3; a crystallinity of 80%~90%, a softening point of 125~135°C, and a service temperature of up to 100 ºC; melting temperature is 120~160ºC. For materials with larger molecules, the recommended melting temperature range is between 200~250ºC.
