The Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Itanagar, was established in the state of Arunachal Pradesh in the year 1984. Prior to becoming Arunachal University, RJU was the name utilized.  In 2023, admissions will be handled for all undergraduate and graduate programs utilizing the CUET. The application deadline for CUET UG 2023 has been postponed to April 11th.
