Museo Diocesano di Velletri preserves and presents a rich collection of sacred art within the historic cloister of the Cathedral in the Castelli Romani. Among its most treasured works is the Croce Veliterna, a precious gold and enamel reliquary dating from the 11th–12th century. The museum also features important works by Gentile da Fabriano, Bicci di Lorenzo, Antoniazzo Romano, Giovan Battista Rositi, and Francesco da Siena, along with historic liturgical vestments and sacred furnishings that reflect centuries of religious and artistic heritage.
